1991 force 120hp

I have gas comming out of the bottom carbuetors overflow tube that goes into the fire arrester. I have put a brand new carbuetor on it and it has the same problem. Can anybody help me please? seansss3@aol.com

Thanks but, no the float is not sticking. I just put a brand new carbuetor on it. It done better, running wise, but it still wont get over 40000rpms and overflows out of the overflow tube.
