Kind of new at boat ownership. 1991 omc sterndrive started up right after winter, put in water and now just a rapid clicking sound. When I used a jump box it started right up. Then ran for 20 mins. Everything fine. It would not start again. Battery tested fine, got a new one anyway. Same thing. There is spark to the solonoid. I do not trust myslef to do anything complicated, but if there are some simple things to check I am all ears.
