1991 searay 31' sundancer

I'm considering buying this boat with 450 hrs. owner wants 49k. <br />1. Is there anything I should be concerened about?<br />2. A reformed sailor, last year,I spent my 1st pwerboating season on a Searay 24. Can I manage this one on my own? is docking difficult? I'm on a lake.

Very big difference from a 24ft.You should be able to actually handle the 31 better after you get the hang of it.O/Ds or shafts?????Hire a surveyor before you make a 50k decision.Charlie
