1991 Stratos Javelin 363 FS

I recently acquired the above named boat. I'm looking for an owner's manual and an electrical wiring diagram for the boat. I have not been able to locate the fuse panel either. So far I have come up empty looking online? Can anyone point me to a site where these might be available?

Owners manual isn't of much use, most basic of safety, navigation info and that the pointy part at the front is the bow and the flat part at the back is the transom/stern.

Thank you. I have some questions that are pretty basic, but I can’t find answers. One, i have no power to the aerator pumps. Thinking it might be a fuse, I feel like I have done an exhaustive search and can’t find fuses. I don’t see at helm. Two, there is a switch at the bow beside the trim switch. I don’t know its purpose. I also don’t understand the function of the switch at the helm labeled “Power” that has a small red light. Any help would be appreciated.

That switch might turn power on the a fused bus bar.-----Switch it to on and see what happens.

I have been unable to detect any changing switching in either position. It is a single pole switch with only two wires which are brown and orange.
