1991 US Marine L-drive Taking on Water

Looking at a 1991 US Marine 120 L-drive which is taking on water. First thing I see is the bellows is shot. Retail suggesting $375+. Is there another option ?

Probably found it. The boat is a Bayliner and there's a grommet behind the bellows going into the hull which looks like it is sheathing the shift cable. It is broken and displaced.
That'll be my first go-to.

Oh yes. It is an interesting beast with a few issues. Likes to eat starters. I don't want to tell you what the prop looks like...lol

besides the motor issues, its a 1991 bayliner.
