1992 120 Force ,Sticky Rings

I was told that I have stick ring ,that why I have trouble with starting and getting it into gear.I have run 3 cans of Sea Foam through it with little impruvment and have set up the idel so I dont send it to the bottom of the lake. I also ran a compresion test having 90psi on 1 2&4 and40psi on #3,,,What other additives can i use to remove the carbon bild up on the rings ?

dreamweaver... I had the same problem with my 35HP Johnson. I tilted the motor up and sprayed Merc Power tune into the plug hole and let it sit for a few days. Keep spraying a few times a day. Then take it out on the water and open it up while spraying some into the carb. It worked for me, made a big difference.

Do what copus says not once but twice or three times on that 40 psi.
