My Johnson (new to me) runs fine except at idle. Is there an easy-to-get-to adjustment screw to raise the idle RPMs? I didn't see a manual for my motor on this site. Model number is TJ40ELENM.
There is an idle speed adjustment screw on this motor.----On the throttle arm starboard side of the motor.--------Internal engine problems often show up with poor idling.-------------Trust me , start with a compression test when trouble shooting this.
