1992 60hp 3 cylinder stalls going into gear

Driving this boat onto the trailer is getting embarrassing. Kind of looks like looks like a Kamikaze attack. Here are the symptoms:

A little hard starting, I have to give it allot of throttle.

Stalls going into gear, have to give it gas quick to keep it running.

Can't keep it running in gear, at idle.

I don't know if this is related, but there is a recent reduction in WOT.

It's time for some carb service. I've found the triples to be finicky if the carbs are not clean and adjusted correctly.
