I am trying to find out if my boat has the right propeller and which one I need to order to replace it. The prop has numbers on the outside but I cant make them out, is there anywhere else I can find the #'s for the prop or a trick that I can get the numbers to be visible?

We usually have 3-4 people on the boat and like to go tubing and just riding around, so maximum speed is a must. thanks in advance for any help.

Is it a through hub exhaust? you may find numbers under the prop nut or on the under side of the hub.
If you do a lightly loaded wot test run;get us the rpm and gps speed we may be able to tell you if the boat is performing as it should.
A prop shop may be able to tell you the prop size.
