I was out the other day when the continous overheat alarm went off. No water was squirting out of the outlet. I am going to replace the water pump and themostats. I do not have a manual, so any tips on putting the water pump in would be appreciated. Do the water pump kits come with basic instructions? Thanks, Joe

Joe...Put the shifter in forward before removing the lower unit...That way you can turn the prop shaft which will turn the drive shaft to line up the splines in the crankshaft when reinstalling...You should have a repair manual but the pump repair is not that difficult...Al..
