Hello this motor is new to me and runs well after starting but whenever I start it I need to engage the fast idle lever and choke it regardless of whether its been running or cold. Its not a very smooth idler but to my knowledge none of these engines are. At higher throttle settings she runs smooth, but if I shut her down and restart I have to use choke and high idle settings. Has anyone else had similar issues? Thanks. RomanM.
