Hi .My motor will fire and run perfectly when I first start it .I will run it out to our fishing grounds ,shut it off .Then if I leave it for any more than 30 min it is a nightmare to start .It will crank, then eventually fire on one bank, then the next bank will kick in .Sometimes this can take up to 2 minutes for it to fire .But the next day again first time it will fire first time fine .
I have since replaced all filters ,full carb(s) rebuild new tank fittings ,new fuel bulb, cleaned fuel tanks . new plugs and leads .Also done the entire cooling system. Any ideas?? any help or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I guess you need to determine if it is a fuel or spark problem. Run the engine for the required time and shut it off, check the spark and see if it is ok.
Sometimes an electrical component can over heat and cause problems.

Get an open air gap spark tester to check the spark. Don't use the spark plugs. Set gap at 7/16".
