After a correctly rebuilt Mercarb, I believe I've gotten the idle speed about as low as reasonably possible now without it acting like it stumbles.
My question is the following:
1. What do you adjust to make warm starting easier? Before I had carb issues, it was easy to start warm or cold. Is it the idle mixture screw when doing the in water final adjustments as specified in the service manual? I took it out this weekend and it seemed to be a real pain to start when already warmed up. I also had to adjust the throttle arm to pre-load it just enough so it wouldn't idle so bloody high.
