have a 1993 40 hp evinrude that refuses to start. no spark on either cylinder. compression is 130 on each cylinder. trigger, stator replaced 8 months ago by a " parts changer ". motor was running fine one day and the next it started and went to wide open trottle and it has not fired since. coils check 00.1 ohms and 289 ohms respectfully. power pack reads 88.85 ohms at blue wire, and 7.78 ohms at green wire and 0 ohms on white wire. fuel supply is good and primer supplys fuel as design when choked.
