1993 Evinrude 200 2 stroke saltwater series

Good afternoon all,
Recently purchased a boat with twin Evinrude 200 Saltwater series 2 stroke motors. Both motors “pee” however the port engine seems to not have as much pressure and is quite a bit hotter than the starboard engine. I was going to replace the thermostats in both engines and head gaskets. Does anyone have the torque and sequence for the head bolts? And can I reuse the old head bolts? Thanks in advance

How much water pressure do you have at idle?

I would suggest new water pumps before you do anything

The impellers have less than 10 hours on them. As far as the pressure is concerned, it’s on muffs
