However i am seeing some things that could have had more thought or money put in to the construction. She has a strong transom, very few nicks and scratches on the hull. They put a wet storage deck hatch up front in the deck (floor) and around that area the wood sub floor has soft spots especially near that hatch two feet forward of the center console and aft to the transom is strong. I have never really done any glass work built some refrigerated boxes and fish boxes in my past. I am planning to cut from in front of my console and remove the front section of the floor to where the step up is for the fishing deck on the bow it is also strong. I think this is the best way to make the repair i want it to be right! There are a lot of very wise people onnew boat 003.jpg this forum and i am open for all of your suggestions and criticism if i do or say something stupid. I will get some pics up and continue to post them as the work progresses along with information about the boat i am sure i will discover pros and cons. Thanks Cat

You need to post this in a different part of the forum
this is the Yamaha and Suzuki outboard motor section that you posted in
