I recently noticed water spitting and spraying out of the hose nozzle flush connection inlet when I am running at cruising speed. This connection is on the front side of the motor right below where the cover latches down and is used to flush the salt water out of the engine after each use. I live on the great lakes so saltwater is not a problem but it never used to spray water just kind of dribbled out. I don't understand because it looks to me like it is just a fitting that goes into the block so how is it coming back out? Is something else causing this, any help would be appreciated.
