1993 Johnson 25hp w Electric & Rope Start?

I just bought a boat with a 1993 Johnson 25hp with both Electric & Rope Start, it is not a tiller model, it steers with a cable. The Model number is J25RETS. I go online to the parts diagrams online and that model is a rope start tiller steer and I don't see any 1993 25hp Johnson Evinrude that has rope and electric start. The shifter is on the outside on the side, and it has an electrical fuel priming solenoid that's controlled from the start key, two other oddities.(no complaints since all these features are excellent)

Does anyone know what I have?
