Hello, I am having a devil of a time installing the piece that my shift linkage(shifter in front of power head instead of at side) hooks up to that mates to the shifter on the side of the engine below the power head and through the bottom of the power head.
The actuator piece has to go through the rectangular hole from inside at the bottom of the power head cowling, having trouble getting the bottom part of the actuator over the shift lever stub while the bottom half is outside the hole.
Anyone familiar with this and know the trick before I goto cutting on the $19 actuator part to make it work.
