Does anyone know of a retail or bookstore that carry outboard manuals, need one fast.

No, but you can get a "Factory" Manual, which is the best I've seen, in 2 days from here! Unless you are near a Johnson dealer or something like West Marine. Also, sometimes NAPA Auto Parts carries Maunals for outboards, but they will be generic!<br /><br /> Factory Manual
