I hooked up the hose to run a little bit after setting a couple of months. Allways runs good and started right up. Question is after running a min. or so starboard side head and cylinders get pretty warm, port side cold, is this normal.

Sounds like you may have a thermostat stuck open. Make sure to give the motor plenty of time to warm up. Also try tapping on the thermostat lightly to try to free it up if it is stuck open. Good luck,<br />Steve

Wallco...port side heads tend to run cooler than the starboard side. But if it ain't warmin' up at all, do as wrestler suggested. Check the t-stat.
