1994 350 mag spark plugs, timing recommendations

Any recommendations on which AC/Delco spark plugs to run on a 94 350 mercruiser, while I'm at it I'd like to set the timing but have no idea where to set it at... any help will be appreciated!!!

Yes. that is the correct plug. Timing is 8?BTDC @ idle rpm.
