1994 48 spl has no spark

1994 EVINRUDE 48 spl, model number #E48ESLERD. Engine turns over but will not fire. Checked plug and there is no spark. Battery is strong, fuel is fresh. Any ideas? All help is greatly appreciated! THANK YOU.

If you motor has a lanyard or kill circuit try disconnecting it for starters.

Ok, tried bypassing the kill switch. Still no spark. Does anyone know how to test the power pack?
