1994 48spl tilt

Hi I have a 48 special on my boat it only has the air hydraulic assist cylinder to get it up and down. Can I fit a trim and tilt unit from the same year/engine group to this motor? will it bolt up OK? Thanks.

If you can find the unit and all the controls that go with it it should work.
