Hello, I am new boat owner and am having some problems with my motor. It runs fine for a few hours, trolling at low speeds or running at full throtle. But like today, it ran great pulling my kids on a tube then after drifting around the shore (motor not running all the time) netting shad, we started to take off and then it just lost power and died. It continued to try to die but I was able to keep it running by giving it full throttle and then backing way off on it. After a few minutes it picked up and ran real well at around 5100 rpm. Then going to shore at slower speed it started it again. Changed the plugs yesterday.<br />Motor is oil injected if that helps. I would appreciate any help.
of checking those things. I'll give it a try today.
