1994 Evinrude 105 No start...looking for wiring diagram

Hi all,

I have a 94 Evinrude V6 on a 91 bayliner Capri that is having issues. Right now, I can't get it to start....did fire for a short time days ago, but now have no spark. Fuel good, compression decent... Motor is an E150JLERA...was jet, now prop.

We're thinking that we may have a sensor preventing power to the coil packs, so a wiring diagram would be handy to try and trace some things.

Issue when it was last on the water is that it would die randomly at cruising speed...almost like someone killed the fuel supply, but then after 10-15 minutes, would fire again.

You need a OEM service Manual. A wiring diagram is included in the service mani\ual.

That motor doesn't have any sensors that would kill spark to the whole motor.

It does have an overheat sensor that will limit RPM, and it may have a shift assist switch that kills spark to 1/2 the motor.

It also may have a man overboard lanyard that turns the motor off.

The Marineengine web site will have a service manual. Order by model number.
