1994 force 150 hp

looking for some help cant get my force engine to start pulled plugs cleaned them sprayed starter fluid inside and in carbs will not start starter is working great to. what should i do

What does it do and did it ever run for you?
You do anything to it?
Check the flywheel.
Check the compression/spark??

Do you have spark?

Have you checked the kill circuit?
