Hello. I have a 1994 johnson 120 looper that will not idle. It seems like it is either jumping time or fails to fire radomly. It will idle smooth for a second, and it will pop through the exhaust every few seconds. It runs great past half idle with no issues. If you give it a little throttle it will stay running, but you can feel the miss. I've had the carbs rebuilt, a new timing base put on, and a new power pack put on in the last month, but the problem remains. New plugs put in last week. I'm looking for any direction as to where to look from here. Thanks for any help.
