I have a j150nxerv 1994 that I recently put on my mako.

There is a vacuum hose which runs from the piston to the intake manifold.

the screw fitting that goes into the intake manifold is broken off. any suggestions on how to remove it. and what that part # is. I have looked at several diagrams online and can't find it.

Did you look at the BRP parts catalog with drawings?

When you get the new part it should become obvious how to remove the broken one, probably a reverse drill bit just smaller than the threads.
