I currently have two issues:

1. The oil alarm is beeping continuously when starting the motor. The oil is full in boat tank and the tank on the motor. The oil pump is working b/c when started the motor I removed the cap on the tank on the motor and the oil quickly rose towards the top. Then I unpluged the blue wire attached to the cap and the alarm still continued to sound. Does this mean the module is bad.

2. I replaced the water pump and both thermostats. The water at iddle trickles out and only increases a touch when driving through the harbor. However, the temp is not bad approx 130 when driving fast, but then through the harbor it heats up to around 150, and it feels a bit warm when peeing out. What is causing it not to shoot out at a fast and steady rate???

Much appreciated.

1. It could be the module, but that tank on the motor should always be "completely full" otherwise the alarm will sound. The oil pump by the way does not fill that tank it is filled by the larger tank that is pressurized by the engine. Make sure the tank is filled completely and reinstall the cap. If that doesn't work, you may just need a new cap. But make sure the oil pump os not damaged. You can pull out the oil pump and inspect the gears. If you see fragments of plastic on the gear, the drive gear in the motor is damaged and the pump is therefore faulty.

2. Common, maybe,(if it's a black max motor) until the t-stats open the stream will not be constant or strong at all. Once they do open, the stream will be constant and increase with an increase in rpm. You may want to check your popppet valve (pressure relief valve) just to make sure it isn't stuck open as that could cause you to lose water at lower rpms.

Check your manual on this just to be sure, I'm more of a Black Max guy not sure on yours how everything works in regards to the cooling system.
