Has anyone tested rest of electronics on a 1994 Sportjet 90 with a bad stator by hooking the stator output wires to 120vac from extension cord from the wall?
or could this damage more parts?

DO NOT DO THAT.
You will fried it.
The stator need a magnetic field to operate.
You can test it by measure the resistance but it will not give you 100% sure it is okey.
Best is to check the output from it when engine is running or if you crank it.

So I get 80 volts Ac from stator on green to green white. Just was hoping to test out trigger and all other electronics

Check them with the ohm meter 1000 to 1200 ohms from each to white/black.
If you crank the motor over you will get a reading (AC) from each to the white/black (common).
The 1994 Sport jet is a CDI ignition and should have a "Candy Bar" adapter from the green/white - white/green wires to the CDI box.
Have you read the CDI ignition troubleshooting information on the internet?

Between green and green white from stator whole cranking I got 85 volts AC on a fluke multimeter. So I am 90% sure stator is done, trying to test everything else so I can order all parts at once.

to test everything else I was thinking of disconnecting stator and connecting 120vac from wall outlet to power rectifier, cdi box and such to test. Wasn’t sure if this would blow anything else up.

thanks for the troubleshooting guide, I had read some tests. But wasn’t sure

A stator can test good and still be bad :(
House voltage 110-120 will burn up everything you hook to it.
Try it on a car horn.
