I am having an issue. I believe it is fuel related. My motor is a 1995115 hp evinrude. When I first launch my boat it runs great. Winds all the way up and runs great. After about 5 minutes if you idol it down the boat wont make it back on plane. It starts cutting out. The motor appears to be idling fine. I've changed the fuel lines. I've tried sucking out of an auxiliary tank. Even though it sounds fuel related I waned to eliminate electric. Everything looks good with the stator and fly wheel magnets. I found the specs on the coils on the stator. I ohmed these out and they are within specs. While taking the boat on a test run I had a friend pull plug wires. All 4 plug wires had the same effect, they definitely changed the problem from a cutting out to a bog along with the cutting out. I don't want to start to throwing parts at this motor. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
