1995-1996 evinrude 4cyl with no spark at all HELP!!!

i have a 1995 evinrude 115 with no spark at all when i bouth the boat i started it with no prblems, but i replaced the key switch and bam no spark even though everything is plug as it supposed

Either switch wired wrong, kill tether pulled or 12V applied to wrong terminal and damaged pack(s)

I actually dont have a kill switch , i have a black and yellow wired connected to the letter M on my key switch all the way directly to the power pack

But if i unplug it it still gives me no spark so i dont know
