I installed a new starter on my outboard and reconnected the wiring to the solenoid and then attached power cables to battery. When I press the button to start it the solenoid will click but the starter won't activate. I think I wired it correctly but not 100% sure. The model # is E25TEEDR on the motor, I think it is a 1995. Anybody have any ideas what my problem might be?
