I have a 1995 Seaswirl 201 with a 5.0(302) with a 2 barrel carburetor. I'm thinking about changing to a 4 barrel carburetor. Holley # 0-80551 which is a universal model or 0-80319 which is for a 351 V8. Will the later carb work on a 302. Would a automotive intake work. Thining about a Weiand street warrior # 8124. It is from idle to 5500 rpms

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,...... That intake appears to be a Good choice, as it's a dual-plane manifold,.....

'n I'd think the 1st carb choice might be best, as the 2nd is jetted/ set up for the 351, 'n might run rich on a 302,.....

My opinion!!
Your not gonna see much when you change.
You will see an increase in the use of fuel.
Most time, unless your racing or running wide open, you don't use the 2 other barrels.
