If you don't have the specs, that says you also don't have a service manual which also means you are likely to do this wrong. I don't mean to be a smart ***** but messing with timing on a two-stroke requires that you know what you are doing. Idle timing and wide open throttle timing are critical and part of the link&sync procedure. You need to do the entire procedure which in my service manual is about 6 or 8 pages long. If you don't have a service manual, try your local library.
