carbs good, spark to plugs, compression of 110 in all cyl new fuel filter, wont start in normal throttle position. put in neutral and give it half throttle will start and run great at 1000 rpm up to 3000rpm wont run under 1000rpm. wont run under load, seems to be running on only 1 cyl the top one shoot gas in bottom two cyl and no change to rpm. shoot gas in top cyl kills engine. help kids want to fish and ski. 1995 mariner 75 hp ser od244422.

If you have spark, the problem must br fuel. I would start with the fuel pump as it runs off the bottom 2 cyls. use care when putting a kit in it as there are 2 differant diaphram setup and they both come in a kit.
