So after rebuilding carbs, fuel pump, replace all fuel lines, primer bulb, I replace head gasket because water was getting into the cilinders, I'm still having the same problem my boat won't plane and losses power at WOT so I was reading some troubleshooting procedures on my trigger the actual resistance whithe/black to brown is 1400 ohms, white to purple is 2600 ohms, according with the manual I should have between 800- 1400 ohms so this means my trigger is bad? Someone have and answer for this please, also when I removed the flywheel I notice I magnet is cracked

Yup according to the test results the trigger is bad.
You have a DVA meter?
Then test the output voltage for the trigger,

Also the symptoms indicate a stator might be bad.
Where are you getting the test procedures?

IF the flywheel has a broken magnet you can remove the rest of that one magnet and it should work ok.
But if you've used a 3 jaw puller or anyone has the magnets are likely to all come off.
And if one has come off I wouldn't trust it at all.
The magnets can chew up the stator and trigger when they come loose.

I checked the resistance with my fieldpiece meter unfortunately I dnt have a dva meter, the stator is new I put it on this year, I get a 14.7 volts at my battery with the motor running

You might want to reverify your trigger readings. The readings should be taken between the wht/blk wire and each of the other three wires. In short, Wht/blk wire is the common wire for all three other wires, i.e, brn, wht, purple. And yes 1400 ohms is acceptable. The cracked magnet needs to be replaced.

Yes I was reading the procedures wrong, and ur right from white/black to every wire is 1300 ohms, I have no idea wat else could be wrong with this motor the only part I haven't replace is the switch box,!!!!! I was thinking just to take it to the mechanic, I can't solve the problem I tried everything

There are three test you need to make to ensure it will basically run. First, there has to be good compression. Second, fuel oil mix should get into each cylinder and finally, a spark from the spark plugs. You can get an in line spark tester from auto parts store for less than $10. Or you can also do the "drop cylinder" test which is nothing but pulling the plug wires off each spark plug one at a time while listening for changes in engine rpm or tune. Just make sure you do the pulling of the plug wire quickly so as not to damage the switch box.

If a dropped cylinder doesn't change engine rpm, you now know at least which cylinder is not firing. From here, you can start testing if the cause is lack of fuel, spark or compression.

Did this fix your engine? I'm being told by the dealer that I have water getting in mine now. My boat ran great back in May. Please let me know.
