1995 90hp mariner trim problems

I recently bought a new to me boat with a 90hp mariner. The previous owner replaced the trim motor and the switch on the motor. My problem is the switch on the throttle will not work. I can hear the relays clicking but to no avail. The switch on the side of the motor has 6 terminals with 2 red, 2 black, 2 blue and 2 green.
