Good day, the rear floor close to the battery compartment of my boat on both side has soft spot. i have taken picture but i cannot upload them, size to big. how i can i fix this problem

Open a Free Photobucket account and load your pics there. Then copy and paste the PB IMG code into your iBoats thread.
Soft spots generally indicate issues below deck as wall. Is this a Inboard or Outboard boat?

other areas are solid/strong. except the two side i mention and around the center cut hole hole in between the front seats

As is stated earlier boats usually but, not always, rot from the bottom up. You'd be better off removing the entire deck and replacing it, and at the same time inspecting the Stringers and Bulkheads below to insure they are structurally sound.
Also, as I stated using the IMG Code from Photobucket allows your pictures to show in your thread like this...
