Last week my Evinrude E25TEEOR electric start ran as sweet as always ... absolutely zero problems. This beauty has been running great ever since I bought it new.
Today, at the launch ramp, she wouldn't start. Normal cranking but no start, no pops no cough, no sputter no nothing ... just normal cranking. It was as if there was no fuel at all or no ignition.
At home, I verified there is fuel and there is spark.
I removed and disassembled the carb and saw nothing out of order. I blew the passages out with compressed air. Close inspection of other engine components revealed nothing visually out of the ordinary.
What do I do now? What could cause a dead engine only one week after a perfectly running engine. Timing thrown off somehow, fuel gone bad in just a week? There is no leaking fuel or other symptoms. Only no start or even any attempt to start. Bizarre!
Help please? I'm at a loss.

- I removed the carb fuel input hose and gas poured from the carp fuel nipple
- Both spark plugs fired nicely when removed (but still connected) and placed against the engine block.
