Had an issue with the trim, would go up but not down. Switched the wires on the relays, and discovered that is the issue. How do I change the relays though? Everything in the service manual and here that I see claims that these are easy change plug relays, but I don't see it. They look to be bolted together, with a series of 3 bolts (1 on top, 1 between the 2 relays, and 1 at the bottom).

2nd question. Battery is fully charged, but when I turn the key, nothing happens. Starter?

The relays are normally those of socketed type see pics. However, there are instances when they are not. Post pics of what you have and members should be able to chime in on how to replace them. As for nothing happening when you turn on the key, make sure the neutral switch is properly positioned. Visually check it or you can try moving the control throttle a little bit to make sure it position it correctly. If not, then check make sure the negative cable is clean and properly connected to the engine block.

I appreciate the info. Yeah...my relays look nothing like those. At work at the moment, but will snap a pic when I get home for the day.

My first thought was the neutral, so I checked it repeatedly. Second thought was the kill switch, but that was good to go too. I didn't check the battery terminal, but will when I get home. Thanks for the info.
