Hi, I've included pix of my 1995 Force 70hp water pump parts. Photo showing seals, gaskets, etc has the removed parts on top and the seal kit I bought on the bottom (Sierra 18-2635). Photo of the driveshaft shows what was under the removed parts from top of parts photo. Photo of diagram shows what should be involved in this rebuild. I want to make sure I put everything back together correctly, but what came out, what should be and what is in the seal kit are all a bit different. Please help. Thanks, John

Hi John, You got this, Don't forget the keyway, looking down like pic #2driveshaft turns clockwise, make sure the impeller fins are oriented the correct way, l
marine grease the plate below impeller ,and the housing, you may as well buy a inch pound torque wrench, you are going to need it.I always marine grease all threads. We have the Chrysler Outboard Service Manuel for 105, 115,125,&140 HP outboard motors,if anybody needs to borrow it. A thought search removing snapped bolts, so your ready, cobalt drill bits

Just to be safe, I would take the thermostat out, put in a pan of cold water and heat it up slowly, what temp does it open , ours open at 115 F,and over heat buzzer is 180 F , I'm going to test that if it ever stops raining, battery charged key on slowly heat up water, just hold a little bit of the end under water, what temp does it buzz ?
