1995 Four Winns horizon 200

I have a used Four Winns Horizon 200 that has a rebuilt volvo SX outdrive and a OMC Cobra (ford 305) in it that needs a new floor and stringers. The interior is in good shape. I don't know were to turn to to try to sell it and see what it is worth. The outdrive is only 2 years old and works great. I just don't have time to repair the boat as I am remodeling a house right now. Can anyone tell me about what this might be worth?

Howdy Bowrider ... sorry the boat is a bust.

As a whole ... boat's worth next to nothing. If you're willing to take her apart, you can search some of the parts (engine / outdrive / trailer / etc.) and see what kind of prices people are getting for them in your area.

Agree with southkogs. The hull isn't worth anything no matter how nice the interior if it needs to be gutted & rebuilt from the bottom up. I bet you could get $1500 parting out the engine & drive. If the trailer is decent you might have a few hundred there too.

Ditto on the above. A knowledgeable buyer will only pay a few hundred for the whole package. But Superbenk is correct. if you have the skills to do it, take out the motor, outdrive and controls and list them on craigslist and ebay. Check ebay's 'sold' listings, to get a sense of what they are worth. Dump the hull, and sell the trailer separately as well.

A Ford motor would be a 302. The 305 is a GM motor. If it is a 305 I would think it is worth more since they are more common.
