hi all. I've decided to replace my lower unit on my own and am now worried about calibrating my linkage on my new unit. I don't have it on yet and it is a new unit. should it already be good to go or will it require some turns to get the shift rod right? when I took off the old one I disconnected it at the bottom first so I can't compare lengths. what do I need to do?
