1995 ocean pro buzzer

hello my friends johnson ocean pro 150 1995, the buzzer went on right away when key was turned it started but would rev high took out the thermos they were sticking so replaced and it seemed to fix the problem we boated all day but at the end of the day the buzzer went off again its not overheating and there is lots of oil in tank its a constant buzzer not beeping or intermittent is it a faulty sensor anyone had this issue ???

How do you know its not over heating?

changed thermos and impeller water sprays like 6 feet from tetalle and strong the block is not to hot can hold hand on it for 5-6 seconds and the buzzer starts right away when key is turned without engine running but not every time ??

sounds like it could be a short....I dont know how many times i had a wire break inside its coating, as well as the coat crack and the wire touches up against something....

the factory manual has some preceedure for testing the horn....

and off the top of my head i am thinking there might be info on the horn in the accessories service manual as well
