1995 ocean runner 150 sneezing at cold idle!!

hi all! i need some help with my motor. runs great top end and idle after riding for a minute or 2. stop to fish awile , start motor and it will sneez and die. run to new spot and stop will idle perfectly. any ideas.

lean idle mixture. possible partially clogged low speed jets. or air mixture.

last decarb or carb rebuid? cant remember ? now is the time
