I'm having a hard time finding an impeller for my 1995 Four Winn's Horizon 220. It is the 5.8 Cobra MPI engine with the OMC Cobra outdrive. I've done enough research to know that it's when Volvo and OMC had their "joint venture" and the outdrive is basically the same as the Volvo SX outdrive. Help?!

Howdy,

Welcome aboard!

Well, it would still be helpful if you post the actual model number of your engine/drive package.

Your 1995 model year boat could have any of the following model packages installed.

58FAPHUB 1995
58FAPHUE 1995
58FBPHUB 1995
58FBPHUE 1995

58FACPMDA 1994
58FACPMDM 1994
58FAGPMDA 1994
58FAGPMDM 1994
58FBDPMDA 1994

If it is indeed a 1995 model Here's a link to the impeller that fits it.

If it's a 94 model (the first 4 1994 models above)

It could be a #3854286

http://www.iboats.com/IMPELLER/dm/cart_id.027803246--session_id.145173937--view_id.1486864

If you have : 58FBDPMDA 1994

The impeller will be OMC 3854072

That would mean you have the infamous "interim" drive (NOT Volvo Penta SX) that had an impeller that has been N/A for quite some time. Now, it appears that Sierra may be supplying it (for a ridiculously high price)

So, you can find impellers right here at iBoats. Once you determine hat you have, just do a part number look-up. (or a google search "OMC ########" etc)

You can look up part numbers at http://epc.brp.com/

You just need the actual model number of you engine/drive package.

Cheers,

Rick
