I am fairly new to boating and just purchased a 1995 SeaRay 180 Signature for an excellent price. I have gotten it fairly cleaned up, but can not get this layer of crust off of the hull. I have tried hull cleaner, CLR, oxidation remover (which cleaned the upper portion shine), and even toilet bowl cleaner (youtube). Nothing seems to penetrate. Take a look at the pictures. Any help would be much appreciated!
