1995 Volvo 5.0L Cobra Stalls

Hi. I am trying to get a handle on high speed stalling on a 1995 Volvo Cobra 5.0L.
Starts great. Accelerates great. Runs at high speed for about 10 - 15 seconds and dies. Complete stall. Can't save it.
Starts back up, right away. Takes off and stalls again.
If idling or slow cruising, the engine stays running.
I have changed the fuel filter/water separator. No improvement.
Could this be the carburetor not filling or a bad fuel pump?
Is this a Ford block being a Cobra?
Is the fuel pump electric or mechanical and which side of the engine is it on?

Could be a restricted vent line to the fuel tank or restricted anti-siphon on the tank. Try running on a remote tank to eliminate those possibilities

Found it. Filter on carburetor was blocked.
Cleared. Runs great.
